Following a tragic incident, deemed as a simple house fire by authorities, young Mateo and his older sister escaped as the only survivors. The truth, that no one but Mateo believed, was that this was the act of a benevolent spirit. Even his sister claimed he was only trying to cope with what happened. But soon enough, the two would move over to a small rural town known as Farmoure to start anew. As a new student at Farmoure High, Mateo was required to join a club. Despite being warned about the Nobody Club, Mateo believed it was a good fit for him, seeing as he too was nobody, and had no particular skills or talents. But as it turned out, they too were victims of the same incident his own family suffered. All united in this club room, this town. Not wanting to open up about his recent traumatic experience, Mateo left, inevitably deciding to leave his club up to fate via missing the deadline. But to his shock, via the staff's assignment, he would find his way right back to the Nobody Club...
